If you’re reading this, it’s probably time to show your hair some extra TLC and pamper yourself! You deserve it! To help you plan your night of pampering, I put together an easy DIY hair mask that will hydrate your hair and bring it back to life
Why Hair Masks?
Hair masks are quick yet highly potent, effective ways to provide your hair with tons of health benefits in less than 20 minutes. Think of hair masks like high powered hair conditioners, giving your hair benefits like softening and hydrating, a boost to grow, adding shine, and even fighting off infections. While some hair salons offer expensive hair treatments that yield similar results, I’ve decided to go straight to Mother Nature for our hair mask. This hair mask only requires a few, all-natural ingredients, which can all be found in your fridge or cupboard and come straight from the Earth.
The Ingredients
Here’s a shopping list of the all-natural ingredients that you will need. Any brand will work just fine!
Coconut Oil
Aloe Vera Leaf
Rosemary Oil
Cinnamon Oil

Instructions:
Cut the Aloe Vera in half and scrape the slimy inside into a large bowl. Then add two tbsp of coconut oil, two tbsp of rosemary oil, and two tbsp of cinnamon oil. When you’re done, put the mixture into a blender or you can break it up by hand. Once the mixture is blended thoroughly you can apply and comb it from your roots to ends. Put a shower cap or a plastic bag over your head to lock in the mixture. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes to an hour. Rinse thoroughly and wash like normal.
After this incredibly hydrating mask your hair will feel brand new!!
